The largest cement producer in Uzbekistan, JSC "KyzylkumCement," faced the need to assess the actual condition of its fleet of process and environmental emissions monitoring equipment. Part of the equipment had been in operation for several years, requiring an independent expert review and technical audit to determine what was functioning correctly and what needed repair and/or urgent replacement. To address this task, my regional partner, JET-TEAM CONSULT, and I were brought in.
