Equipment diagnostics and repair

At the request of a partner company, diagnostics and repairs were performed on a cold-type gas analyzer. During the repairs, a problem with the paramagnetic oxygen sensor was identified.

Since this type of sensor cannot be repaired (only complete replacement) and the turnaround time was limited, a decision was made to temporarily repair the sensor's control board while simultaneously ordering a new sensor from the supplier's representative.

Following the repair, the equipment was commissioned and tested, and no operational issues were detected. The device can be operated normally until the replacement sensor is received.
